3350 Northlake Pkwy NE Tucker, GA 30345 Please include your return address so we may send you a receipt for your tax deductible donation. We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit our Tax EIN is: 33-3913871. Also include on the memo line which fund you’d like to contribute your donation to:

  • General donation in support of the work we do everyday to help our community and neighbors
